Yogurt Marinaded Chicken Kabobs

2 lbs cubed chicken breasts
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tbs dried dill
salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl combine yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika oregano, dill and salt to taste. Mix well. 
- Add chicken and mix until completely covered. Cover bowl and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours. 
- Remove and put chicken onto skewers. 
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 
- For added flavor you can mix together another batch of the marinade to use as a garnish or dip.
