Yogurt Marinaded Chicken Kabobs

2 lbs cubed chicken breasts

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbs minced garlic

2 tbs olive oil

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs paprika

1 tsp oregano

1 tbs dried dill

salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl combine yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika oregano, dill and salt to taste. Mix well.

  2. Add chicken and mix until completely covered. Cover bowl and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.

  3. Remove and put chicken onto skewers.

  4. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

  5. For added flavor you can mix together another batch of the marinade to use as a garnish or dip.
