4 cups water
Bones from 1 whole turkey
3 bay leaves
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp salt
Add all ingredients into your choice of pot.
If using an instapot, pressure cook on high for one hour. If using a crockpot, cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours. If using a stock pot use 6 cups of water instead of 4. Bring water to a boil reduce heat to medium low and cook for about 8 hours. refresh water as needed.
Once broth is finished, strain through a strainer to remove the bones.
Remove the meat from the bones and save for a later recipe.
