Pastrami, Corned Beef Sandwiches

1/4 loaf french bread

Mayo how you prefer

2 slices tomato

1 lettuce leaf, torn

about 5 thin slices pastrami

about 5 thin slices of corned beef lunch meat

2 Slices of provolone cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Slice the bread in half and set on a cookie sheet with a little butter or oil (optional). Toast for about 10 minutes till golden and slightly crispy.

  2. Assemble sandwich. add mayo to the bread and layer the meats, cheese, and vegetables. If packing for later it might be better to leave the mayo off and add when you're ready to eat.

  3. Enjoy!
