Mason Jar Noodles

3 chicken bouillon cubes

1 tbs soy sauce

1 tbs sesame oil (you can substitute for another oil but the taste will be slightly different)

1 tsp ground ginger

1/4 package vermicelli rice noodles

1/2 cup chopped bok choy

1/2 cup shredded carrots

Protein of choice


  1. In a 32 oz mason jar add in bouillon cubes, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, bok choy, carrots, protein and noodles.

  2. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days

  3. When ready to eat, add water to cover the ingredients, microwave for 3 to 4 minutes and enjoy!
