Macaroni and Cheese

1 lbs macaroni noodles
4 tbs butter
4 tbs flour
2 cups milk
4 oz Velveeta Cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese plus more for topping
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. 
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
- Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat. 
- Add flour and mix until a paste forms. 
- Slowly whisk in milk and allow to cook until sauce thickens. 
- Add in Velveeta and cheddar cheese. Mix well until all the cheese is melted and combined. 
- Mix the noodles and the cheese sauce together. 
- Add half of the noodles to a 9x13 baking pan and cover with cheese. Put the remaining noodles in the pan and cover with cheese. 
- Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown. Enjoy!
