Macaroni and Cheese

1 lbs macaroni noodles

4 tbs butter

4 tbs flour

2 cups milk

4 oz Velveeta Cheese

1 cup Cheddar cheese plus more for topping


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat.

  4. Add flour and mix until a paste forms.

  5. Slowly whisk in milk and allow to cook until sauce thickens.

  6. Add in Velveeta and cheddar cheese. Mix well until all the cheese is melted and combined.

  7. Mix the noodles and the cheese sauce together.

  8. Add half of the noodles to a 9x13 baking pan and cover with cheese. Put the remaining noodles in the pan and cover with cheese.

  9. Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown. Enjoy!
