Grilled Chicken Sandwich


1 tbs Avacado oil

1 thin sliced chicken breast

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 avocado

1 slice of tomato

1 lettuce leaf

2 slices of bread of choice (personal favorite is the Dave's Killer Good Seed Bread)


  1. In a skillet on medium heat, add the avocado oil.

  2. Season both sides of the chicken breast with the seasonings listed.

  3. Add to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  4. Toast the bread (if desired).

  5. Add the chicken and toppings onto the bread and enjoy!
