Easy Fried Pickles

About 10 pickle spears.
1/4 cup flour
salt to taste
1 tbs cajun seasoning
1 egg
2 tbs milk
About 1/2 cup of Italian style panko breadcrumbs
- Mix together flour, salt and cajun seasoning. Add panko to a bowl. In another bowl, mix together egg and milk. 
- In a pan add enough oil to fry and turn on medium. (It doesn't have to cover the pickles. You'll flip them halfway through.) 
- Pat the pickles dry with a paper towel and get rid of as much moisture as possible. 
- Dredge each spear in flour, then egg mixture, then bread crumbs. 
- Add into hot oil. cook for about a minute or so on each side until golden brown. 
- Remove to a plate covered in a paper towel to absorb the extra oil. Enjoy!
