2 cups of water
2 tbs salt
3 or 4 bay leaves
1 tsp ground rosemary
4 Pork Chops
Kingsford Garlic and Herb Seasoning to taste (or seasoning of choice)
2 tbs avocado oil
In a cake pan large enough to hold the pork chops, add the water, salt, bay leaves, and rosemary. Mix and Add the pork chops and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from the water and sprinkle with the Seasoning on both sides.
Over medium heat, add the avocado oil and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to ensure the juice remains and enjoy!
