1 1/2 lbs chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
1 package gnocchi
2 tbs pesto of choosing
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbs of parmesan cheese
1/2 tbs dried basil
1/2 tbs dried oregano
1/2 tbs dried parsley
1/2 tbs onion powder
1/2 tbs garlic powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Option mozzarella.
In a pot, bring water to boiling and boil gnocchi according to package directions.
In a large skillet, cook chicken with spices listed. Once chicken is almost cooked through add in pesto, parmesan, and heavy cream.
Finish cooking the chicken in the sauce.
Add the gnocchi to the sauce mix.
Optional. Top with mozzarella and let melt. Serve and enjoy.
