Chicken Tenders

2lbs boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp salt
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 tbs paprika
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Oil for frying
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, Add flour, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder and paprika. Mix well.
In another bowl mix together eggs, milk and remaining salt onion and garlic. Mix well.
Take the chicken tenders one by one and cover in flour, then egg wash, then flour again and add into the hot oil.
Cook until golden brown on each side. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure the inside is fully cooked.
Remove the chicken and place on a plate covered with a paper towel to allow the extra oil to drip down and absorb into the towel. Enjoy!
