Chicken Tenders

2lbs boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp salt
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 tbs paprika
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Oil for frying
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. 
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, Add flour, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder and paprika. Mix well. 
- In another bowl mix together eggs, milk and remaining salt onion and garlic. Mix well. 
- Take the chicken tenders one by one and cover in flour, then egg wash, then flour again and add into the hot oil. 
- Cook until golden brown on each side. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure the inside is fully cooked. 
- Remove the chicken and place on a plate covered with a paper towel to allow the extra oil to drip down and absorb into the towel. Enjoy!
