Cashew Chicken

3 chicken breasts diced
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbs oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs hoisin sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup toasted cashews
- Toss Chicken in cornstarch until evenly coated. 
- Add Chicken to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook on each side until golden brown. 
- In a separate bowl mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, hoisin sauce, brown sugar and chicken broth. 
- Add sauce and cashews into the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens. 
- Serve over rice or noodles or with stir fry vegetables. Enjoy!!!
