3 chicken breasts diced
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbs oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs hoisin sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup toasted cashews
Toss Chicken in cornstarch until evenly coated.
Add Chicken to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook on each side until golden brown.
In a separate bowl mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, hoisin sauce, brown sugar and chicken broth.
Add sauce and cashews into the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve over rice or noodles or with stir fry vegetables. Enjoy!!!
