Beef Stew


1 1/2 lbs stew meat

medium white onion

3 large carrots

4 celery sticks

6 cups beef stock

2 potatoes

Heaping tablespoon minced garlic

1 tbs cajun seasoning

Cornstarch slurry (2 tbs cornstarch 1/4 cup cold water)


  1. Finely dice onions, celery, carrots and potatoes.

  2. Add broth, beef, vegetables garlic and seasoning into the pot.

  3. Pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. If using a slow cooker high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

  4. Let it naturally release for 10 minutes and then quick release. Add in Cornstarch slurry and let thicken about 5 minutes while it cools. Enjoy!
