1 1/2 lbs stew meat
medium white onion
3 large carrots
4 celery sticks
6 cups beef stock
2 potatoes
Heaping tablespoon minced garlic
1 tbs cajun seasoning
Cornstarch slurry (2 tbs cornstarch 1/4 cup cold water)
Finely dice onions, celery, carrots and potatoes.
Add broth, beef, vegetables garlic and seasoning into the pot.
Pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. If using a slow cooker high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Let it naturally release for 10 minutes and then quick release. Add in Cornstarch slurry and let thicken about 5 minutes while it cools. Enjoy!
