Baked Penne


1 lb Ground Italian Sausage

1 lb Penne

28oz can diced tomatoes

1-2 cups shredded Cheese of choosing

1 medium zucchini diced small

salt and pepper to taste



  1. Preheat Oven to 350

  2. Cook Sausage until no pink remains

  3. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

  4. In a 9x13 pan mix togehter zucchini, tomatoes (do not drain the juice), cooked Italian sausage, and cooked noodles.

  5. Cover with the shredded cheese.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.


Tips and Tricks!


You can add pretty much any veggies to this if you want to pack it. Our favorites are peppers and onions.


For some bonus nutritional value, we use whole wheat noodles.
