4 Medium chicken breasts
4 oz canned green chiles diced
6 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese
12 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
Kinder Brown Sugar Fire-roasted Garlic Seasoning to taste
- Butterfly the chicken and pound out to make it thin. Be careful not to leave holes in the chicken or your stuffing will run out.
- Season both sides of the chicken with the Kinder seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, green chiles (drained), shredded cheese and bacon until well combined.
- Add a few large spoons of the cream cheese mixture to the middle of the butterflied chicken and fold in half on its self leaving space at the edge.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sear both sides of the chicken just until browned and then place onto a baking sheet.
- Put into the oven at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into it to ensure it stays juicy and enjoy!
