4 Medium chicken breasts

4 oz canned green chiles diced

6 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheese

12 oz bacon cooked and crumbled

Kinder Brown Sugar Fire-roasted Garlic Seasoning to taste

  1. Butterfly the chicken and pound out to make it thin. Be careful not to leave holes in the chicken or your stuffing will run out.

  2. Season both sides of the chicken with the Kinder seasoning.

  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, green chiles (drained), shredded cheese and bacon until well combined.

  4. Add a few large spoons of the cream cheese mixture to the middle of the butterflied chicken and fold in half on its self leaving space at the edge.

  5. In a skillet over medium heat, sear both sides of the chicken just until browned and then place onto a baking sheet.

  6. Put into the oven at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  7. Let rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into it to ensure it stays juicy and enjoy!
